The project involved building Code consulting services for renovating and interior fit-ups for floors 2-4 and 6-8 of the Canada Revenue Agency office building at 395 Terminal Avenue, Ottawa.

Renovation poses opportunities to update existing buildings to ensure they meet the minimum requirements for the proposed use while still acknowledging the difficulties inherent in existing construction. With careful application of Part 11 Renovation, LRI looked for opportunities to respect the historical significance of the building while minimizing the impact of new construction where permitted.
