Pascal Painchaud, P.Eng.
Pascal has been an integral part of LRI since 2022, bringing with him over 30 years of extensive engineering experience primarily focused on electrical, fire alarm, and fire protection design. He earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Sherbrooke and holds certifications from the Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA), Collège du Vieux Montréal as a Fire Alarm Systems Technician, and Seneca College as a Fire Sprinklers Systems Design Technician. Pascal’s commitment to excellence is further underscored by his membership in the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) and the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO).

His expertise extends to fire alarm systems (both new and retrofit), generators and transfer switches, smoke management systems, maglocks, fire sprinklers, and fire pump systems (peer review). Pascal is well-equipped to provide assistance for repair, renovation, construction, upgrading, and standardization across residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial buildings. In recent years, his primary responsibilities have revolved around the meticulous preparation of electrical, fire alarm, and fire protection engineering plans.
