Efemena joined LRI’s Systems Engineering team in 2025 as a Project Administrator. She holds a Master of Science in Finance from Texas Tech University and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from St. Lawrence College, Kingston. With over three years of experience supporting complex infrastructure and engineering projects across transit, consulting and legal sectors, Efemena brings expertise in contract administration, financial coordination and stakeholder management. A Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), she is dedicated to continuous learning and delivering efficient, high quality project support within the fire protection and life safety industry.

She assists with maintaining project records, reviewing reports and coordinating communication among team members and clients.
