Caroline is a professional engineer, a certified and experienced firefighter, and a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) with a well-rounded background in firefighting, code consulting, performance-based design, and forensic investigations. Her academic path reflects her deep commitment to the fire industry, including a DEP and a DEC in Technical Firefighting Studies, a Building Engineering degree from Concordia University as well as a Master’s in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland. Caroline is a recognised professional member by the society of fire protection engineers (PMSFPE) and is currently working towards her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).

How can Caroline help you?

Caroline previously worked with CEP Forensic’s Fire and Explosion Investigation team and rejoined us as a project engineer in 2025 as part of the growing LRI Engineering team in Montreal. Caroline brings a broad range of expertise in fire and life safety, with experience in fire investigation, performance-based design, fire modeling, egress modeling, code compliance, producing detailed reports, and conducting thorough analyses. Caroline has experience with a diverse set of projects, such as transit, airports, arenas, warehouses, and more. She has also developed a specialised knowledge in animal fire safety. Her forward-thinking mindset, hands-on experience, and her positive energy make her an incredible addition to our team.
