Patricia Fortier holds a bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering obtained from Concordia University in 1999 and a graduate diploma in Construction Engineering – Structures and Urban Infrastructure (short program) from the ÉTS in 2013. Before joining the LRI and CEP team, she worked as a project manager and a building operations engineer.

Patricia joined LRI’s sister company CEP in 2011, working as a forensic engineer, and became Montreal branch manager at LRI in 2024. She has experience in the application of Building Codes, Code and bylaw upgrades, building condition assessment, and Alternative Solutions to address design challenges.
