With his extensive experience in technical drawing review, document preparation, building condition assessments and audits, accessibility audits, and alternative solutions for performance-based designs, he is one of the most trusted voices in the group. Elias’s expertise extends to peer review applications of Canadian building and fire codes for fire and life safety and accessibility requirements for large and complex projects. His approach to projects is focused on problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction and Authority Having Jurisdiction approval.
